Veterans Day Ceremony

Join us on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 11:00am as we honor all who served followed by a optional driving tour highlighting some of the heroes laid to rest at Springdale.

11:00 A.M. – Opening Remarks
Welcome by Springdale Cemetery Staff
Acknowledgment of honored guests and community partners

11:10 A.M. – Guest Speaker
Sergeant Paul Lewis, U.S. Marine Corps Veteran
Reflections on service, sacrifice, and remembrance

11:30 A.M. – Presentation and Folding of the Colors
Conducted by American Legion Post #2, Peoria

11:45 A.M. – 21-Gun Rifle Salute
Performed by American Legion Post #2 Honor Guard

11:50 A.M. – Playing of Taps
In solemn remembrance of the fallen

Following the Ceremony – “Veteran Drive to Remember”
A self-paced driving tour throughout Springdale Cemetery honoring our veterans.
Maps and tour guides will be available at the main entrance office.
Each marked stop highlights a hero laid to rest within our grounds.
